The site devoted to reconciliation ecology

This species, the lesser kestrel,
teeters on the brink of extinction.

But not in Jerusalem!

There, the roof tiles used in the city make perfect nesting sites for them, and the abundance of prey keeps their chicks growing.

They are a symbol of how
the wild things of Nature
can thrive
amongst the works of Man.
